Turkish4 Camps are provided by LinguaVoca and in cooperation with Alfa Tour as the travel partner. Alfa Tour TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) registration certificate number is 10583

By completing the registration process for LinguaVoca, Turkish4 Camps and paying the full or installment fee, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. All participants are required to have the compulsory travel insurance. This insurance will be provided by Alfa Tour, an authorized agency of TÜRSAB.
2. One adult participation is compulsory in organisations for children aged 4-7 years. LinguaVoca will not take any responsibility for this.
3. Camp Cancellation, Postponement and Refunds
In accordance with this refund policy and the Consumer Contracts 2013 Regulation of Turkey, you have the right to cancel your registration at any time under the following conditions:
Our refund policy is as follows:
3.1. Our cancellation period is 14 days. Any purchase canceled within 14 days of payment will be eligible for a full refund. If you have not requested a refund within 14 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. The cancellation is not possible for the last two weeks prior to the Camp, as the reservation costs are paid in advance to the hotel.
3.2. All refund requests should be sent to info@turkish4.com.
3.3. It takes up to 30 days for any refund to be processed.
3.4. LinguaVoca reserves the right to cancel, postpone or relocate an organisation. Refund may take up to 30 days.

4. BOOKINGS
4.1 All bookings will be confirmed by email. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the details on your email confirmation as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4.2 All Bookings must be paid for in full at the time they are made either by credit card or debit card.
4.3 You will be asked to provide the following details at the time of booking:
4.3.1 Name and age of child at the time of the camp;
4.3.2 Name of parent/guardian;
4.3.3 Contact number and email address of parent/guardian;
4.3.4 Address of parent/guardian; and
4.3.5 Allergies/sensitivities/disabilities of the child.

4.4 Upon booking, you agree that your child will:
4.4.1 respect the property of others;
4.4.2 respect and treat others as they wish to be treated;
4.4.3 not use abusive or obscene language; and
4.4.4 not be aggressive.
4.5 The well-being and safety of children in our care is our main concern.
4.6 Turkish4 reserve the right to deny admission, or to require you to remove a Camper from the Turkish4 Camp, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of the Turkish4 Camp rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviour, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
4.7 You accept these Terms on behalf of every Camper for whom you have booked a Turkish4 Camp and shall ensure that these Terms are notified to and followed by such Campers.

5 CAMP ENTRY RULES
5.1 Attending Turkish4 camp is subject to your child:
5.1.1 being between 4 and 12 years old (inclusive). Turkish4 operates a strict age policy and we may ask for their ID as a form of identification if we need to verify their age. For the avoidance of doubt, age means a person’s legal age (ie according to actual date of birth);
5.1.2 being toilet-trained; and
5.1.3 not being infectious.
5.2 If your child has any medical condition, disability or other educational needs that may impact upon your child’s participation to the Summer Camp please notify by emailing info@turkish4.com or a member of the check-in team in advance of your booking so we can cater for your child’s needs and put in place any appropriate arrangements to ensure your child has the best experience within Turkish4 Camp. Children with allergies will be issued with a white awareness band and children with other additional needs will be issued with a yellow awareness band. Our awareness bands alert our staff that special assistance may be required to ensure your child has a safe and enjoyable experience within Turkish4 Camp. Where a child requires a one-to-one support, we will permit a parent or carer to attend the Camp to support the child.
5.3 The family of the child is liable of any damage they cause at the Camp venue.
5.3 All activities within Turkish4 Camp are purely recreational/educational.

6 FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
6.1 From time to time, Turkish4 or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording at Turkish4 Camp which may feature Campers. By accepting these Terms, you, being the parent or legal guardian of such persons, or person duly authorised by the parent or legal guardian of such person, consent to the use of such images and/or recordings by us in connection with advertising, promoting Turkish4 Kids (such as on the Turkish4 website, social media sites and pages, partner sites, outdoor advertising and brochures for Turkish4), and for our internal purposes, and in doing so, you allow us to edit, modify, publish and make available such images and/or recordings. You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive compensation if we use such images and/or recordings for the purposes set out above. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Turkish4 or such authorised party (as the case may be).
6.2 Some activities carried out in certain establishments may include your child having their image and/or voice photographed or recorded. By accepting these Terms and allowing your child to take part in the activities you consent to the use of your child’s image and/or recordings within the activities. You acknowledge that the copyright in such images and/or recordings rests with us. In some instances visitors may be offered the opportunity to take home a copy of their image or a recording in which they feature as a take home gift. By accepting these Terms, you consent to such photographs and recordings being taken and stored for the purpose of carrying out the activities, advertising the activities within the facility (for example on screens within the facility or via internal radio broadcasts) and creating take home gifts. Please note that some activities may include your child’s image or voice featuring in photographs or recordings with other children.

7- OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
7.1 If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of the Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this contract.
7.2 Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching a contract between us is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Turkish4 Camp you booked.
7.3 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7.4 We are not responsible for indirect losses which occur as a side effect of the main loss or damage, or for any losses that fall into the following categories: loss of income or revenue, loss of business loss of profits or contracts, loss of data or waste of management or office time, loss of goodwill, disappointments or emotional distress and/or any other loss or damage which was not reasonably foreseeable by us at the date the Turkish4 Camp was booked, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract otherwise, even if foreseeable.
